Edison 5K

The 2009 Edison Festival of Light 5K race in downtown Fort Myers, Florida, on February 21, 2009. There were approximately 1500 participants in this year's race.

This was my first time running in this event. I finished the race in 26:36, an improvement of about 3:45 since my last 5K race last month.

New Year's Eve Preparations

Here are a few pictures from New Year's Eve. I went downtown in the afternoon to kill some time and watched some of the set-up for the festivities planned that night. I did not go downtown at night for the festivities. Rather, I stayed at home with my wife and enjoyed a quiet evening.
